The cottage is fully renovated and decorated to a high standard.  There is gas-fired central heating and hot water on demand to provide a cosy environment throughout the year!  All bills are included.

	Door from pavement to a spacious sitting room with quality furnishings and decor, excellent lighting, pictures, and a feature 'real-flame' gas fire in Minster surround.  Ample seating, a small library with books, videos and DVD's, a detailed information folder for the cottage and local area, colour TV with Sky freesview TV, DVD recorder and CD/radio midi-system are also provided.
Kitchen/Dining Room
A quality fitted kitchen/dining room with oak units, beech flooring, electric hob, grill and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, integrated Zanussi washer/dryer and Whirlpool dishwasher.  Extensive range of cooking equipment,crockery and glasses.   Dining table and four chairs. Stairs to the first floor and back door to deck and parking.
Main Double Bedroom
	The main double bedroom is situated to the front of the cottage and is a bright, sunny room.  It has a pine double bed with matching wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets and chair.
Family Bathroom
Spacious family bathroom, situated adjacent to the double bedroom, has a large bath with over bath hand shower, basin and WC.  An over radiator towel rail and shelf unit beside the basin are provided for your convenience.
Twin Bedroom
	The twin-bedded room is situated to the rear of the cottage, has 3ft pine-framed beds with matching bedside cabinets, a small built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small TV and DVD player. Leading to ensuite shower room.
Ensuite Shower Room
Ensuite shower room with electric shower, basin and WC.
Rear decking and parking -suntrap!
	There is a small enclosed deck area to the rear with garden furniture and four planters.  Adjacent to the deck is a private parking space for one car.
